SHIPPING POLICY
How long will my order take?
- ASICS and Saucony: dispatched the next working day.
- Pokémon: dispatched within 2 working days.
- Sale items: dispatched within 2 working days.
- UGG and HOKA: some UGG products and all HOKA products are shipped from our international suppliers. These take 4–7 working days to arrive. There are no customs fees to pay on these orders.
- All other items: usually dispatched within 2 working days. In some cases this can take up to 7 working days, depending on stock allocation.
UK delivery times (after dispatch)
UK orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days. Most orders arrive sooner than the estimated times shown.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available on all orders for £7.50. Most express orders are dispatched the next working day for next-day delivery. UGG and HOKA items shipped from our international suppliers are sent by express international shipping, which is faster but not next-day.

We ship worldwide. Delivery options and costs for your country are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking link to follow your delivery.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email.
